MmBrand Internship Program

MmBrand Internship Program provides Interns with the opportunity to enhance their overall knowledge and skill sets within the creative, new media, events management, customer service industries as well as build their practical experiences by exposing them into a diverse working environment and culture which aids in shaping their desired career path.

The program focuses on delivering on-job training experience, and during this Internship journey, Interns will get the chance to work and build networks with different professionals and apply all the studies that has been learnt and implement it into practice, which provides Interns with valuable insights towards professional career path as well as supporting the Intern’s empowerment, growth, and development.

Interns will work on real work tasks with modernized projects management system and within a professional work environment that is certified regionally as a “Great Place To Work”.

To get aligned with Bahrain’s 2030 vision by providing advanced and beneficial Internship Programs to school and university students, and to support MmBrand as the “Company of Choice” where students thrive to be part of our Internship Program.

To support students in completing their practical training as well as supporting their development and empowerment, along with providing them with the opportunity to explore the market and shape their future careers, and to build a sustainable Talents Acquisition Strategy for the future needs of talents for its operations and expansions.

1. This Internship Program is intended for either school or university students only.
2. Applications must be submitted (1) month prior to the requested Internship start date.
3. Selection priority will be given for the applicants who meet the company requirements and standards.
4. The selection process will consist of the following:

      a. First Interview (Online)

      b. Practical Test

      c. Final Interview

      d. Signing of Internship Agreement

5. The duration of the Internship Program varies from (1-3) months based on the final approval of MmBrand’s management.

6. Upon application acceptance, it is mandatory for the applicants to obtain a valid workplace insurance.

7. Based on MmBrand’s sole decision, selected Interns will join any of the MmBrand’s offices as follows:

      a. SKY | Studio Office (Seef - Bahrain)

      b. CHARIZMA Office (Seef - Bahrain)

      c. Sea Port Office(Al Khobar – KSA)

      d. Oasis Office (Riyadh – KSA)

8. The accepted Interns will be granted with a monthly stipend based on the role and level of Internship.

9. Interns will be responsible for their transportation to/from the Internship location.

10. Interns with outstanding achievements & high performance during the Internship program may be offered with a “Permanent Job Placement” at MmBrand or its subsidiaries.
